鬒髪経世人中山子識

笹湯 よく寒暑の湿をはらう
唯これをひたすのみ
根本の温泉なりいにしへ笹原の
中よりわきけるを以て名くその
かみ赤城明神と当山の権現神軍
し給ふ折から御なやみのことまし〳〵
洗浴し給ひしかばたちまち効し
ありしとかやこれ金瘡に妙
なるゆへなり神浴し給へは今以
不浄を忌人入ることをゆるさず
御所湯 第一切疵に妙なりしかしな
がら先中湯にひたし其後
入てよし
一うちみ 一ひぜん 一ぢ
一ようてう一すねくさ一やけど

寛政三年辛亥五月
黒髪経世人中山子識
□ 萦？
笹湯 よく寒暑の湿気を払う
ただこれに浸すのみ
根本の温泉である。昔笹原の
中から湧き出たので名付けられた。その
昔、赤城明神と当山の権現が神軍を
なさった折から、御悩みのことがひどく
洗浴なされたところ、たちまち効果が
あったとかいう。これは金瘡（刀傷）に妙
効があるためである。神が浴されたので今でも
不浄を忌み、人が入ることを許さない
御所湯 第一に切り傷に効果がある。しかしながら
まず中湯に浸し、その後
入るのがよい
一打撲傷 一ひぜん（皮膚病） 一痔
一腸腸（胃腸病）一すねくさ（脛の病気）一やけど

Sasayu (Bamboo Hot Spring) Effectively dispels dampness from cold and heat
Simply soak in this alone
This is the fundamental hot spring. In ancient times it was named
because it sprang forth from the middle of bamboo grass fields. In
olden times, when Akagi Myōjin and the Gongen of this mountain
engaged in divine warfare, suffering greatly from ailments,
they bathed and washed, whereupon immediate effectiveness
was achieved. This is because it has miraculous effects on sword wounds.
Since the deities bathed here, even now
impurity is avoided and people are not permitted to enter
Goshoyu (Palace Bath) First and foremost effective for cuts. However,
first soak in the middle bath, then afterwards
it is good to enter
