夫（それ）医者（いしや）の起（おこ）りは天地ひらけて八十一万五千五

七年 前（さき）にあたつて天竺（てんぢく）震旦（しんたん）我朝（わがてう）三国の真中（まんなか）
の大唐（たいとう）に太昊伏義（たいかうふつき）氏（し）出たまひて八卦（はつけ）を開（ひら）き陰（いん）
陽（やう）五 行（ぎやう）の道をあきらかに教（をしへ）たまふこれを易（ゑき）と

そもそも医者の起源は、天地が開けてから八十一万五千五百八十二年が経ち、今から数えて二万二千八百七十七年前のことである。天竺・震旦・我が朝の三国の中心にある大唐に太昊伏義氏が現れ、八卦を開いて陰陽五行の道を明らかに教えられた。これを易と名付けて上下二巻の書となって今に伝わっている。

The origin of doctors dates back to eight hundred fifteen thousand five hundred eighty-two years after heaven and earth opened, which corresponds to twenty-two thousand eight hundred seventy-seven years before the present time.
