現代語訳

一　享保十二年未年九月、親の願いの通り初回の
　　御目見えを仰せ付けられた事

一　延享四年卯年九月、親の願いの通り御番代を
　　仰せ付けられ、三宅孫兵衛組にて御城御番を相勤めた
　　事

一　寛延元年辰年七月、跡式御知行二百石を
　　相違なく下し置かれた事

一　同二年巳年十二月、百姓共の強訴の際、七日町
　　木戸その他所々の郭門固めを相勤めた事

一　同三年午年十月、勤番のため登城し、翌未年四月に
　　下城した事
　　　　但し右陣中にて御家督の御礼を仰せ上げられた際、仮
　　　　御使を相勤めたところ、精を出してよく相勤めた旨を仰せ出された
　　　　事

一　宝暦元年未年八月、頭の三宅孫兵衛が若年寄を
　　仰せ付けられ、跡御役として簗瀬求馬組に移った事

一　同十二年午年二月、頭の簗瀬求馬が若年寄を
　　仰せ付けられ、跡御役として山崎佐助組に移った事

一　同十四年申年正月、名を源十郎と改めたい
　　由を願い出て許可された事

1. In the 9th month of Kyōhō 12th year, year of the sheep, he was granted his first audience with the lord as requested by his father.

1. In the 9th month of Enkyō 4th year, year of the rabbit, he was appointed as guard captain (goban-dai) as requested by his father, and served castle guard duty in Miyake Magobei's unit.

1. In the 7th month of Kan'en 1st year, year of the dragon, he was granted the hereditary stipend of 200 koku without change.

1. In the 12th month of Kan'en 2nd year, year of the snake, during the peasants' petition protest, he served guard duty at Nanoka-machi gate and other fortress gates for seven days.

1. In the 10th month of Kan'en 3rd year, year of the horse, he went up for guard duty and returned in the 4th month of the following year of the sheep.
　　　　However, during the above campaign, when the succession ceremony was conducted, he served as temporary envoy and was commended for performing his duties with great dedication.

1. In the 8th month of Hōreki 1st year, year of the sheep, his superior Miyake Magobei was appointed as wakadoshiyori (junior councilor), and he was transferred to Yanase Kyūma's unit as his successor.

1. In the 2nd month of Hōreki 12th year, year of the horse, his superior Yanase Kyūma was appointed as wakadoshiyori, and he was transferred to Yamazaki Sasuke's unit as his successor.

1. In the 1st month of Hōreki 14th year, year of the monkey, his request to change his name to Genjūrō was granted.
