一 文化十二年亥年十月、この度の御厄年並びに御入部につき非常の大赦が行われたため、格別の理由をもって御情により三人扶持を下し置かれた事
一 文政三年辰年五月十九日、七十歳にて病死。法名は圓照院妙月日浩大姉、菩提所は法紹山浄光寺、葬所は大窪山
