旨を願いの通り任せられた事
一 安永五年申年二月、組頭田中嘉兵衛が奉行職を仰せ付けられ、後任の御役として春日仁左衛門組に移った事
一 天明二年寅年十月、相組一同で御番方の出精皆勤を仕った段、奇特に思し召しの旨を仰せ出された事
一 寛政元年酉年三月、御目付を仰せ付けられた事
一 同年五月、勤番のため江戸表へ上り、同十月に下った事
一 同年十月、御留守勤番中に心を付けて精出し、滞りなく相勤めた段を仰せ出された事
一 同三年亥年五月、金山奉行兼務を仰せ付けられた事
一 同四年子年三月、追鳥狩の節に陣将隊付にて罷り出で、獲った鳥を即日御前において拝領を仰せ付けられた
但し、この後二度追鳥狩の節に罷り出た事
一 同五年丑年二月、金山奉行兼務を仰せ付け置かれたにつき、本務勤番を御免になり

1. In the 2nd month of An'ei 5th year, year of the monkey, when group leader Tanaka Kahei was appointed to a magistrate position, [he] was transferred to Kasuga Nizaemon's unit as successor.
1. In the 10th month of Tenmei 2nd year, year of the tiger, for the diligent service and perfect attendance of the entire unit in guard duty, [they] were commended as being particularly meritorious.
1. In the 3rd month of Kansei 1st year, year of the rooster, was appointed as inspector (ometsuke).
1. In the 5th month of the same year, went up to Edo for duty service and returned in the 10th month.
1. In the 10th month of the same year, was commended for attentively and diligently performing his duties without delay during his absence duty service.
