貞昭様の御用をも滞りなく相勤めたにつき、綿壱把を下し置かれた事

一　同年十一月、御蔵入郡奉行仮役を仰せ付けられ、翌辰八月まで相勤めた事

一　同九年巳年三月、御式方勤仮役を仰せ付けられた事

一　同年七月、公事奉行仮役を仰せ付けられた事

一　同十一年未年五月、御蔵入郡奉行加を仰せ付けられ、翌申二月まで相勤めた事

一　同十二年申年八月、病気につき辞役の願いを申し上げたところ、同九月願いの通り当務を御免になり、年来精出して相勤めたにつき無役組を仰せ付けられる旨を仰せ出された事

一　享和二年戌年三月、猪苗代士組頭を仰せ付けられ、役儀につき采配御免になり、席は新番組之頭御旗奉行の上へ定席を成し置かれる旨を仰せ出された事

一　文化四年卯年二月、病気につき辞役隠居の願いを申し上げたところ、御用向きの滞りも相聞こえず新規の
