　　　付為御褒美御内々銀子壱枚被下置之
　　　旨御用人を以被　仰出候事

　一　同十四丑年三月御疱瘡御順痘ニ被為済
　　　御酒湯被為　召候為御祝儀綿弐把被下
　　　置之旨御用人を以被　仰出候
　　　　但右ニ付
　　　　寿鳳院様ゟ鼻紙弐束被下置候

　一　同年五月御疱瘡中精出致勤労
　　　候ニ付為御褒美銀子壱枚被下置之

　一　同年六月御小性共儀近来風儀相嗜
　　　別而江戸御長屋内は勿論御門外ㇸ罷出候而も
　　　慎方格別之由　聞召候畢竟中ヶ間
　　　宜申合候儀故と　思召候此後弥以風儀
　　　可相励旨被　仰出候事

　一　同年八月見称山　御社参被遊酸
　　　川野口壷下口　御巡見被遊候節御供仕候
　　　　但此後も度々御供仕候事

　一　同年十月操練精出宜相勤候段被

一　同十四丑年三月　御疱瘡が御順痘に済まされ
　　　御酒湯を召されたため、御祝儀として綿二把を下し
　　　置かれる旨を御用人を通じて仰せ出された
　　　　ただし右につき
　　　　寿鳳院様から鼻紙二束を下し置かれた
　　　　事

一　同年五月　御疱瘡中に精を出して勤労を
　　　したにつき、御褒美として銀子一枚を下し置かれる

　　　旨を仰せ出された事

一　同年六月　御小性共の儀について、近来風儀を慎み
　　　特に江戸御長屋内はもちろん御門外へ出る時も
　　　慎み方が格別である由をお聞きになった。畢竟中間が
　　　よく申し合わせている儀故と思し召される。この後いよいよ風儀を
　　　励むべき旨を仰せ出された事

一　同年八月　見称山御社参をなされ、酸
　　　川野口壷下口の御巡見をなされた節に御供仕った
　　　　ただしこの後も度々御供仕った事
