    蓮受院様ゟ胴着壱ツ被下置候事  一 同月御小性共儀内証難渋之由被為    聞御内々金三両ツヽ被下置之旨御膳番    一同御用人を以被 仰出候事  一 同四巳年三月    貞鑑院様ゟ御包物被下置候     但此後も同断被下置候事  一 同年五月御書物御相手之儀於爰元も    江戸表通月ニ五六度位ツヽ相勤候様被    仰出候事  一 同年十一月御小性共一同繫多ニ相勤格別    致勤労候ニ付金三両弐分ツヽ被下置之    旨御用人を以被 仰出候事  一 同五午年正月 御不例之節詰切罷在    別而致勤労候ニ付 思召を以於    御寝所御袴地壱反御扇子拝領被    仰付候事  一 同月右同断ニ付 思召を以御納戸    御在合之内を以銀子三枚綿弐把於    御寝所拝領被 仰付候事

現代語訳

蓮受院様から胴着一つを下し置かれた事 一 同月 御小姓たちの件で内証で困窮している由を    お聞きになり、御内々に金三両ずつを下し置かれる旨を御膳番    一同に御用人を通じて仰せ出された事 一 同四巳年三月    貞鑑院様から御包み物を下し置かれた     ただしこの後も同様に下し置かれた事 一 同年五月 御書物の御相手の件で、ここ元(会津)でも    江戸表と同様に月に五六度位ずつ相勤めるよう    仰せ出された事 一 同年十一月 御小姓たち一同が繁忙に相勤め格別に    勤労したにつき、金三両二分ずつを下し置かれる    旨を御用人を通じて仰せ出された事 一 同五午年正月 御不例の節に詰め切って罷在し    別して勤労したにつき、思し召しをもって    御寝所において御袴地一反と御扇子を拝領するよう    仰せ付けられた事 一 同月 右同様につき、思し召しをもって御納戸の    御在り合わせの内から銀子三枚と綿二把を    御寝所において拝領するよう仰せ付けられた事
