　　　殿様　御城え御滞留被遊候間御小性之内
　　　繰廻し相勤候様被　仰出候事

　　　之内　思召を以四人御残被置　御仮殿御
　　　番被　仰付之旨　仰出候

　　　　相勤候同年十月江戸表ゟ代之者罷下候ニ

現代語訳

一　同年二月
　　　殿様が御城へ御滞在されている間、御小姓の内から
　　　繰り回して勤めるよう仰せ出された事

一　同月
　　　欽文様の御入浴の節に、その御用を勤めた事

一　同年三月　この度の御参府の節、御小姓
　　　の内から思し召しをもって四人を御残し置かれ、御仮殿の御
　　　番を仰せ付けられる旨を仰せ出された
　　　　ただし右につき同年四月の御参府の節、
　　　　当番としてここ許に残され、御仮殿の御番を

　　　　勤め、同年十月に江戸表から代わりの者が下って来た
　　　　ため、勤番として上った事

　　　欽文様が三の丸の御仮殿へお引き移りの節、御
　　　供仕してそのまま御番を勤めた事

　　　欽文様が御本棺にお納めになられた節、その御
　　　用を勤めた事

- In the 2nd month of the same year:
　　　While the lord was staying at the castle, it was announced that pages should serve in rotation

- In the same month:
　　　He served during Lord Kinbun's bathing

- In the 3rd month of the same year: For this occasion of visiting Edo, by the lord's gracious will, four pages were left behind and ordered to guard the temporary palace, as announced
　　　　However, regarding this matter, during the visit to Edo in the 4th month of the same year,
　　　　he was left here on duty to guard the temporary palace,

　　　　serving until the 10th month of the same year when a replacement came down from Edo,
　　　　whereupon he went up to Edo for duty rotation

　　　When Lord Kinbun moved to the temporary palace at Sannomaru, he served as attendant and immediately began guard duty

- In the same month:
　　　When Lord Kinbun was placed in the main coffin, he served in that capacity
