長精出相勤組合之取扱宜いたし
年若之者奇特被 思召之旨被
仰出候事
一 同二戌年三月親願之通初而之
御目見被 仰付候事
一 同三亥年十二月学校御再興
以来文武之芸は【志ヵ】深無懈怠精出
候ニ付為御褒美銀子弐枚被下置
候事
一 同五丑年七月並之擬作金
五両三人扶持被下置
貞昭様常詰御小姓被 召出候事
一 同年十一月源之丞と改名仕度

大沢甚兵衛直権の女 離別
三宅伝左衛門直元の女 天明四辰年（1784年）誕生
一 寛政元酉年（1789年）十二月 書学寮什長として精勤し、組合の取り扱いを宜しく行い、年若い者として奇特であるとお思し召しの旨を仰せ出された事
一 寛政二戌年（1790年）三月 親の願いの通り初めてのお目見えを仰せ付けられた事
一 寛政三亥年（1791年）十二月 学校御再興以来、文武の芸に志が深く懈怠なく精進したので、御褒美として銀子二枚を下し置かれた事
一 寛政五丑年（1793年）七月 並の擬作として金五両三人扶持を下し置かれ、貞昭様常詰御小姓に召し出された事
一 同年十一月 源之丞と改名したい旨を願い、許可された事

One 12th month of Kansei 1st year (1789): Served diligently as assistant head of the academy (shogaku-ryō shichō), handled group affairs well, and was deemed remarkable for his young age, as proclaimed by his lord
One 3rd month of Kansei 2nd year (1790): Was granted his first formal audience as requested by his father
One 12th month of Kansei 3rd year (1791): Since the re-establishment of the school, he pursued literary and martial arts with deep commitment and without negligence, so he was awarded two silver pieces as a reward
One 7th month of Kansei 5th year (1793): Was granted the regular stipend of five ryō of gold and provisions for three people, and was summoned to serve as a regular attendant page to Lord Sadaaki
One 11th month of the same year: His request to change his name to Gen'nosuke was granted
One 3rd month of Kansei 6th year (1794): Served diligently during a time of staff shortage
