現代語訳
相違なく下し置かれたこと
一 宝永二年酉年正月、組頭神尾六左衛門の願いの
通り御役を御免になり、跡の御役として簗瀬三左衛門組に
所属することになったこと
一 同年九月、組頭簗瀬三左衛門の御役替えが
仰せ付けられ、跡の御役として日向三郎右衛門組に所属することになったこと
一 同四年亥年四月、勤番として江戸表へ上り、
同十月に帰参したこと
一 享保三年戌年十月、勤番として江戸表へ上り、
翌亥年四月に帰参する際、御道中仮御供
番を仰せ付けられたこと
一 同十五年戌年三月、組頭日向三郎右衛門の願いの通り
隠居を仰せ付けられ、跡の御役として武川源助組に所属する
ことになったこと
一 同十七年子年二月、組頭武川源助が若年寄に
仰せ付けられ、跡の御役として三宅孫兵衛組に所属することになったこと
一 延享四年卯年九月、願いの通り息子浅右衛門が御
番代を仰せ付けられたこと
一 寛延元年辰年七月二十六日、六十五歳にて病死、
法名實巖玄相居士、葬所は同上

was granted retirement and transferred to Takegawa Gensuke's unit

appointed as senior councilor, and he was transferred to Miyake Magobei's unit
一 Enkyō 4th year, year of the rabbit, 9th month, as requested, his son Asaemon was
appointed as guard substitute
一 Kan'en 1st year, year of the dragon, 7th month, 26th day, died of illness at age 65,
posthumous Buddhist name Jitsugan Genshō Koji, buried at the same place
