現代語訳
毘沙門天は金蔵が
盗賊に遭った
ことをお聞きになり、不動
尊とは相性が良く
（気心が知れており）
心安く
金縛りの
法を伝授を
受けていた両人は
今こそその時と思い
三人の者を
金縛りの
法によって
身動きできなくさせ
一かたまりに
なった。
石見銀山を
食い荒らす鼠の
ようにかじりながらも
哀れな
ものである。
このように頑なになっては
感動は
許されるだろう。
皆々小便に
起きて当惑する
ようにうろたえている。
三人の者とも
立ちすくみになった
ことを乳母が聞きつけ、
盗んだ
物を
残らず
取り返し
一風呂
敷に
して
金蔵が江戸へ
出た故に尋ね
来たり、両国の辺りで
行き会い、二人ともに
喜び、どうどう（堂々と）
して帰った。
みんな取り返し

煙草入れまで

英語訳
Bishamonten, having heard that
Kinzō had encountered
thieves, and being well-matched
with Fudō-son
(being of like mind),
easily and
familiarly
transmitted the art of
the paralyzing spell.
The two who had
received this transmission
thought "now is the time" and
used the paralyzing
spell to render
the three men
immobile,
making them into
one huddled mass.
Like mice that
gnaw at the Iwami silver mines,
though they gnaw away,
they are
pitiful creatures.
Being so stubborn in this way,
perhaps their
remorse should be
forgiven.
All of them are
flustered
as if waking up needing
to urinate and being confused.
When the wet nurse heard
that all three men
had become paralyzed,
she retrieved
all the stolen
goods
and bundled them
in a
furoshiki cloth.
Since Kinzō had
gone to Edo, she came
searching and met up with them
in the vicinity of Ryōgoku.
Both rejoiced greatly
and returned home
triumphantly.

tobacco pouch
is here."
