一難波少将去七日左中将 勅許之旨伝
奏衆被申聞之由承知候事
一南都東大寺寺務明候付て勧修寺御門跡え寺務
勅許之旨伝 奏衆被相達候故東大寺従
寺中為惣代以使僧御礼申来候由承届候事
一智積院為参府去十一日其地発足之由貴方宅え
参候て相達之旨得貴意候事
一曲淵市太夫子清左衛門御書入願候て差出候書付之写
到来承届候事
一松平淡路守城下之町屋焼失之由其地在之淡路守
留守居申来之旨承届候事

現代語訳
去る十二日の覚書を拝見いたしました。
一、難波少将が去る七日に左中将への勅許の旨を、伝奏衆が申し聞かせたという由を承知いたしました。
一、南都東大寺の寺務が空席となったため、勧修寺御門跡へ寺務勅許の旨を伝奏衆が相達したので、東大寺から寺中の総代として使僧をもってお礼を申してきたという由を承り届けました。
一、智積院が参府のため去る十一日にその地を発足したという由を、貴方のお宅へ参って相達したという旨を承知いたしました。
一、曲淵市太夫の子である清左衛門の御書入願いによって差し出した書付の写しが到来し、承り届けました。
一、松平淡路守の城下の町屋が焼失したという由を、その地にいる淡路守の留守居が申してきたという旨を承り届けました。

英語訳
We have reviewed the memorandum of the 12th.
1. Regarding Namba Shōshō's imperial permission to become Sachūjō on the 7th, we acknowledge that the Densō-shū (court officials who convey imperial messages) have informed us of this matter.
2. Since the position of temple administrator (jumu) at Tōdai-ji in Nanto (Nara) became vacant, the Densō-shū conveyed the imperial permission for Kajū-ji Monzeki to assume the temple administration. Therefore, Tōdai-ji sent a messenger monk as a representative of the temple community to express gratitude, which we have duly noted.
3. We acknowledge that Chishaku-in departed from that location on the 11th to visit the capital, and this matter was conveyed through a visit to your residence.
4. We have received and noted the copy of the document submitted by Seizaemon, son of Magafuchi Ichidayū, along with a letter of recommendation.
5. We have received word that the townhouses in Matsudaira Awaji-no-kami's castle town were destroyed by fire, as reported by Awaji-no-kami's caretaker stationed in that location.
