群玉庵は蕎麦で名をなし、最中の月は竹村で作り出す。小買いの浅漬け、茶碗の煮豆、宵の蛤、夜明けの按摩は世に並ぶものなく、他に類なし。遊びの興趣多き中にも、大黒舞の勇ましさ、灯籠の華やかさ。二日、七草、蔵開き、初午、涅槃、事納め、上巳、灌仏、衣更え、端午、七夕、盂蘭盆会、八朔、重陽、恵比寿講、亥の子餅つき、浅草市、桜の風流、月見の趣向、善を尽くし美を尽くす。一時の栄華に千歳を延べ、白髪忽ち黒きに変ず。世に譬えるべき楽しみがあろうか。かかる風流を知らずして
