現代語訳
仰せ付けられたため、跡の御役の生駒五兵衛組に属することになった事。
一、明暦元未年十一月、鳳朔院様のお供をして登り、勤番一陣を相勤めて下った事。
一、万治元戌年九月、勤番のため江戸表へ登り、一陣相勤めて下った事。
一、寛文二寅年八月、頭の生駒五兵衛が御役御免となったため、跡の御役の堀半右衛門組に属することになった事。
一、同三卯年八月、勤番のため江戸表へ登り、一陣相勤めて下った事。
一、同五巳年八月、願いの通り息子の六兵衛が御番代を仰せ付けられた事。
一、延宝七未年七月二十一日、八十五歳にて病死。法名は皎月院一叟道秋居士。葬所は北青木村祥雲山善龍寺。

Item: In the eighth month of Kanbun 2, Tiger year, when the head Ikoma Gohei was relieved of his duties, he became part of Hori Hanemon's unit, which succeeded to the position.
Item: In the eighth month of the third year, Rabbit, he went up to Edo for guard duty service and served one tour before returning.
Item: In the eighth month of the fifth year, Snake, as requested, his son Rokubei was appointed as his substitute for guard duties.
Item: On the twenty-first day of the seventh month of Enpō 7, Sheep year, he died of illness at the age of eighty-five. His posthumous Buddhist name was Kōgetsu-in Issō Dōshū Koji. His burial place is Shōun-zan Zenryū-ji temple in Kita-Aoki village.
