一、寛文五巳年八月、親の願いの通り御番代を仰せ付けられ、堀半右衛門組にて御城御番を相勤めた事。
一、延宝二寅年十月、勤番のため江戸表へ登り、一陣相勤めて下った事。
一、同七未年九月、跡式の御知行三百石を相違なく下し置かれた事。
一、同八申年《割書：月は不詳》野村九兵衛の二男図書を聟養子にしたい旨を願い出て許可された事。
一、天和元酉年十月、勤番のため江戸表へ登り、一陣相勤めて下った事。
