現代語訳
窺いのため江戸表へ上ったところ、
御目見を仰せ付けられ帰った事。
一、同七戌年四月、御参勤御供として
勤番で上り、同十月に帰った事。
一、同十二卯年十月、外様組頭を
仰せ付けられた事。
一、同十四巳年六月、御使番を
仰せ付けられた事。
一、同年九月、間之御機嫌を御
窺いのため江戸表へ上った事。
一、同十五午年五月、
御参勤御供として勤番で上り、同九
月に帰った事。
一、同十六未年九月、間之御機嫌
御窺いの御使者として上った事。
一、宝永元申年九月、勤番のため
江戸表へ上り、翌酉年三月に帰った
事。

Upon going up to Edo for paying respects,
he was granted an audience and returned.
Item: In the fourth month of the same 7th year, Dog year, he went up for guard duty service as part of the lord's attendance procession and returned in the tenth month of the same year.
Item: In the tenth month of the same 12th year, Rabbit year, he was appointed as tozama group leader.
Item: In the sixth month of the same 14th year, Snake year, he was appointed as messenger official (otsukaiban).
Item: In the ninth month of the same year, he went up to Edo to inquire about the interim well-being of the lord.
Item: In the fifth month of the same 15th year, Horse year, he went up for guard duty service as part of the lord's attendance procession and returned in the ninth month of the same year.
Item: In the ninth month of the same 16th year, Sheep year, he went up as a messenger to inquire about the interim well-being of the lord.
Item: In the ninth month of Hōei 1, Monkey year, he went up to Edo for guard duty service and returned in the third month of the following Rooster year.
However, during this campaign,
he served as an attendant for Tokuō-sama's pilgrimage to Nikko shrine.
