現代語訳
一、同二酉年十二月、御持筒頭を
仰せ付けられた事。
一、同三戌年四月、御参勤の
御供として勤番のため江戸表へ上り、
同十月に帰った事。
一、同五子年九月、勤番のため上り、
翌丑年三月に帰った。
ただし帰参の節、御前へ召され、
数年出精して相勤めた段について御意を蒙り、
定和の拝領物として御品を
御振替えし、御紋の御小袖を下し置かれた事。
一、同九辰年四月、柴助之丞長屋
出火の節、父子ともに早速駆けつけ、よく取り
計らった段について
御意を蒙った事。
一、同十巳年二月、
御前において御供番頭を仰せ付けられた事。
一、同十二未年正月、数年出精して相
勤めたことにより、御役料百石を下し置かれた事。

Item: In the twelfth month of the same 2nd year, Rooster year, he was appointed as head of the gun bearers (mochizutsu-gashira).
Item: In the fourth month of the same 3rd year, Dog year, he went up to Edo for guard duty service as part of the lord's procession attendance and returned in the tenth month of the same year.
Item: In the ninth month of the same 5th year, Rat year, he went up for guard duty service and returned in the third month of the following Ox year.
However, upon his return, he was summoned before the lord and received the lord's commendation for his diligent service over many years, and as a bestowed item for the pacification, he was given goods
in exchange, and granted a kosode with the lord's crest.
Item: In the fourth month of the same 9th year, Dragon year, when there was a fire at Shiba Sukenosuke's tenement, both father and son quickly rushed to the scene and handled the situation well, for which they received the lord's commendation.
Item: In the second month of the same 10th year, Snake year, he was appointed as head of the lord's attendants (otomo-bangashira) in the lord's presence.
Item: In the first month of the same 12th year, Sheep year, due to his diligent service over many years, he was granted a stipend of 100 koku as role compensation.
