三月罷下候筈之処
公方様日光御社参被遊候ニ付
詰越被 仰付四月罷下候
但定和之拝領物御紋之御袷
被下置陣中所持之馬
差上候ニ付御馬被下置候事
一同十四酉年九月為勤番江戸
表江罷登翌戌三月罷下候事
一同十六亥年五月年来出精宜
相勤候段
御意之上只今迄之御役料百石
御加増ニ御直被下置御小性頭御馬

徳翁様御逝去被遊候ニ付不時
為勤番江戸表へ罷登翌子三月

但当陣ハ御用多別而骨折候

御意之定和之拝領物之外
現代語訳
三月に帰る予定であったが、
将軍様が日光御社参をなされることにより、
詰越しを仰せ付けられ四月に帰った。
ただし定和の拝領物として御紋の御袷を
下し置かれ、陣中所持の馬を
差し上げたことにより御馬を下し置かれた事。
一、同十四酉年九月、勤番のため江戸
表へ上り、翌戌年三月に帰った事。
一、同十六亥年五月、年来出精してよく
相勤めた段について
御意の上、只今までの御役料百石に
御加増として御直に下し置かれ、御小性頭御馬
方支配を仰せ付けられた事。
一、同年九月、
徳翁様がご逝去なされたことにより、不時の
勤番のため江戸表へ上り、翌子年三月に
帰った。
ただし当陣は御用が多く、別して骨折りした
段について

He was scheduled to return in the third month, but
because the Shogun made a pilgrimage to Nikko shrines,
he was ordered to extend his stay and returned in the fourth month.
However, as a bestowed item for the pacification, he was granted a kosode with the lord's crest,
and since he presented his horse that he had with him during the campaign,
he was granted a horse in return.
Item: In the ninth month of the same 14th year, Rooster year, he went up to Edo
for guard duty service and returned in the third month of the following Dog year.
Item: In the fifth month of the same 16th year, Boar year, regarding his diligent
and good service over the years
upon receiving the lord's commendation, in addition to his current stipend of 100 koku,
he was directly granted an increase and appointed as head of pages and
supervisor of horses.
Item: In the ninth month of the same year,
due to Lord Tokuō's passing away, he went up to Edo
for emergency guard duty service and returned in the third month of the following Rat year.
However, during this campaign there were many official duties and he worked especially hard,
and for this
he received the lord's commendation, and in addition to the usual bestowed items for pacification,
