現代語訳
御紋の御小袖を下し置かれ、かつ
土常様が御疱瘡を患われた際、御酒湯を
召されたため、御祝儀として紗綾二巻を
下し置かれた事。
一、同十七子年八月
徳翁様の御遺物として、長御上下、御熨
斗目裏付御上下、綟子肩衣を
下し置かれた事。
一、同十八丑年九月、願いの通り御役を
御免になり、無役にて差し置かれ、席は
物頭の次、無役組の上に
置かれた事。
一、同十九寅年三月二日、六十八歳
にて病死。法名は浄名院殿仁菴了
儀居士。葬所は同上。

英語訳
he was granted a kosode with the lord's crest, and also
when Lord Dojō suffered from smallpox and
took medicinal sake baths, as congratulations for his recovery,
two rolls of silk gauze were granted to him.
Item: In the eighth month of the same 17th year, Rat year,
as relics of Lord Tokuō, he was granted a long formal court dress,
a noshime-lined formal court dress, and
a figured silk shoulder garment.
Item: In the ninth month of the same 18th year, Ox year, as requested,
he was relieved of his official duties and placed in retirement status,
with his seat ranking
next to the captains, at the top of the retired group.
Item: On the second day of the third month of the same 19th year, Tiger year,
he died of illness at the age of sixty-eight. His posthumous Buddhist name was Jōmyōin-den Nin'an Ryō
gi Koji. His burial place is the same as above.
