一、同年十月、勤番として江戸表へ赴いた事。
ただし陣中において
土常様に初めて御目見を仰せ付けられ
たことにより、仮御使を仰せ付けられ、
滞りなく相勤めた旨を
御意を蒙った事。
一、寛保二戌年七月、物頭を
仰せ付けられた。
一、宝暦七丑年四月、願いの通り御役を
御免になり、忰鉄六が御番代を
仰せ付けられた事。
一、同十一巳年七月、願いの通り隠居を
仰せ付けられた事。
一、安永七戌年三月十日、七十五歳
にて病死、法名安秀院殿松応智山
居士、葬所同上

英語訳
Item: In the tenth month of the same year, he went to Edo to serve his rotation duty.
However, while in military service,
he was granted his first audience with Lord Dotsune,
and was consequently appointed as temporary messenger,
and received acknowledgment that he
performed his duties without incident.
Item: In the seventh month of Kanpō 2nd year, Dog year, he was
appointed as squad leader (monogashira).
Item: In the fourth month of Hōreki 7th year, Ox year, as requested, he was
relieved of his official duties, and his son Tetsuroku was
appointed as his replacement guard.
Item: In the seventh month of the same 11th year, Snake year, as requested, he was
granted retirement.
Item: On the tenth day of the third month of An'ei 7th year, Dog year, at age seventy-five,
he died of illness, posthumous name Anshūin-den Shōō Chisan
