現代語訳
銀子二枚ずつを下し置かれた事
一、同年四月、御参勤につき御供として勤番のため江戸へ上り、翌酉十月に帰国した事
一、同年九月、勤番中に御馬をお召しになられた節、出精して相勤めたにつき、御褒美として銀子一枚を下し置かれた事
ただし、この後当務並びに御馬御用役を相勤める間、勤番の毎度銀子を下される事
一、同年十月、二歳駒の御調達のための御用で、中村儀右衛門と共に三春に赴き、七疋を調達して帰参した事
一、同二酉年五月、勤務が等閑であったため、御役を御免になり、外様組付けを仰せ付けられ、梶原平馬組へ入り、御城の御番を相勤めた事
一、同三戌年四月、御勤番のため江戸表へ上り、同十月に帰国した事
一、同四亥年九月、御厩別当に再度任命された

Item: In the 4th month of the same year, for the lord's attendance at Edo (sankin), he went up to Edo to serve as escort in rotation duty, and returned in the 10th month of the following Rooster year
Item: In the 9th month of the same year, during his rotation duty when horses were summoned for the lord's use, for his diligent service he was awarded one piece of silver as a reward
However, thereafter while serving in his current duties as well as horse-related services, he would receive silver each time during rotation duty
Item: In the 10th month of the same year, for the official business of procuring two-year-old horses, he went to Miharu together with Nakamura Giemon and returned after procuring seven horses
