一同年十二月当務繁多之所精出
相勤候段御用人を以被 仰出候事
一同五子年三月御供為勤番罷登

現代語訳
仰せ付けられ、席元の立場に仰せ付けられた事
一、同年十二月、当務が繁多であったところ、精出して相勤めた段を御用人を以て仰せ出された事
一、同五子年三月、御供として勤番のため江戸へ上り、同九月に帰国した事
一、同六丑年九月、常々懸り合いの御用向きに出精仕ったゆえ、御世話薄く御助けになり、甚だ御大慶に思し召される旨を御用人を以て仰せ出された事
一、同年十二月、御馬御用向きに出精して相勤めたにつき、御褒美として御内々に馬乗袴地を下し置かれた事
一、同七寅年二月、三春三歳駒の御調達の御用を仰せ付けられ、三春並びに信夫の方まで相廻り、三春馬三疋を調達致して帰参した事
一、同年三月、御供として勤番のため江戸へ上り、同十月に帰国した事
