現代語訳
席を御使番に打ち込み、先輩次第に成し下され、役銘を御馬御用役に仰せ付けられた事
一、同八卯年九月、御在国中に精出して相勤めたにつき、御褒美として銀子一枚を下し置かれた事
一、同月、不時の御参府につき御供として勤番のため江戸へ上り、翌辰四月に帰国した事
一、安永元辰年四月、御馬を召された節に精出して相勤めたにつき銀子一枚を下し置かれ、且つ勤番中に御刀番加番を精出して相勤めた段を仰せ出された事
一、同年十月、押し返しとして勤番のため江戸へ上り、翌巳五月に御供にて帰国した事
但し、御道中に御使番兼務を仰せ付けられ、本役同様に相勤めた事
