一、同五申年三月、御供として勤番のため江戸へ上り、同十月に帰国した
但し、定和の拝領物として麻の御上下一具を下し置かれた事
一、同六酉年五月、図書と改名したい旨を願い出て許可された事
同七戌歳十月、勤番のため江戸表へ上り、翌亥五月に御供にて帰国した事
一、同八亥年三月、孝恭院様の御葬送の節、筋違橋外の御固御用を仰せ付けられた事
一、同月、表向きの勤めを致したにつき、思召しをもって格別に御小袖を不時に下し置かれた事
