現代語訳
一つを下し置かれた事
一、同年十二月、七年以前馬術稽古司を仰せ付け置かれ、その後取り計らいも繁多の義に候う所、出精よく取り計らい、諸生修行がはかどりもなったにつき、格別の訳を以て御褒美として御召の御羽織一つを下し置かれた事
一、同十二申年十二月、老年の儀に候う所、数年馬術稽古の儀を司り、諸事よく取り計らい、諸生修行がはかどったにつき、御褒美として綿五把を下し置かれた事
一、享和元酉年正月、馬術稽古司の御免を成し下されたき旨願い申し上げた所、老年に及び無余儀相聞こえ候えども、差し滞り候儀も相聞こえ候わない間、御免を成されるべからず候、大儀ながら保養いたし相勤め、御厩並びに桜馬場へも折々心次第罷り出るよう

Item: In the 1st month of Kyōwa 1st Rooster year, when he petitioned to be relieved of his duties as horsemanship practice instructor, though his advanced age made this understandable, since there were no reports of neglect in his duties, he was not granted relief from his position, but was told that though it was burdensome, he should take care of his health while continuing his service, and attend the stables and Sakura riding ground as his condition permitted
