一享和元酉年九月追鳥狩
ニ罷出候
但此後ならし之《見せ消ち：節｜節》罷出候事
一同年十月当追鳥狩之節
列伍之次第足並進退等相
揃兼而出精致候儀と被
思召之旨相組一同御称美被
成下候事

一文化四卯年十二月半右衛門と
改名仕度旨被任願候事
一同五辰年正月蝦夷地御固
為御用罷越候ニ付 御目見
被 仰付候於小書院御流頂戴
於大書院御酒被下置候事

爰元出張同四月中唐太嶋
へ着御用相済同九月中帰

御城御番を相勤めた事
一、享和元酉年九月、追鳥狩に参加した
但しこの後、慣例として参加した事
一、同年十月、当年の追鳥狩の節、列伍の次第、足並み進退等が相揃わず、兼ねてより出精していたことと思し召しの旨、組一同で御称美を成し下された事
但し【朱書線付】この後御賞美を成し下された事
一、文化四卯年十二月、半右衛門と改名したい旨、願いの通りに任せられた事
一、同五辰年正月、蝦夷地御固のための御用で赴くことにつき、御目見えを仰せ付けられ、小書院において御流を頂戴し、大書院において御酒を下し置かれた事
一、同月、蝦夷地御固御用として当地を出張し、同四月中に樺太島へ着き、御用を済ませ、同九月中に帰着した際、旅服のまま
