現代語訳
通常の番代を仰せ付けられることにつき、跡の御役は武川
介右衛門組へ移ることになったこと
一 同十二年午年（宝暦十二年、1762年）十二月十八日、五十八歳で
病死、法名は要主玄宗居士、葬所は同上

官記の内に延享四年卯年（1747年）五月二日
藤沢杢左衛門の弟伊兵衛が病気のため
療養で沼尾湯へ三回の御暇を
願い出た趣があり、宝暦四年戌年（1754年）五月、御
制禁の儀については承知しながらも庶民に交わり
隠れて蝋の売買を行った段は武士の子弟に似つかわしくない
行為であるので他国へ御追放を
仰せ付けられた趣が見受けられるが、忠右衛門のことについても

In the official records, Enkyō 4 (1747), year of the Rabbit, 5th month, 2nd day:
Fujisawa Mokuzaemon's younger brother Ihei, due to illness,
requested leave three times to go to Numao hot springs
for treatment, and in Hōreki 4 (1754), year of the Dog, 5th month, regarding the
prohibition matter, although he was aware of it, he mingled with commoners
and secretly engaged in buying and selling wax, which was conduct unbefitting
the children of samurai, so he was
ordered to be banished to another domain, but regarding Chūuemon's case as well
