出候処於御場俄ニ病気ニ付鳥狩不
仕罷帰候事

ところ、御場において急に病気になったため鳥狩りを行わず
帰宅したこと

旨を願い出て許可されたこと
一 同月十四日、二十七歳で病死、法名は秋
