相勤候ニ付為御褒美銀三両被下置候事
一 同年十二月当務被 仰付間も無之候
へ共勤之筋踏込品々切作抜群之者

相勤めたことにより、御褒美として銀三両を下し置かれた
一 同年十二月、当務を仰せ付けられて間もないことではあるが、勤めの筋において踏み込んで品々切り回し抜群の者であることにより、御近習二之寄合席を成し下された
一 同十一年未年（1799年）五月、多年格別に精出して相勤め、御増地一件をはじめ品々臨時の御用筋を宜しく取り計らったことにより、常詰御蔵入御勘定頭を仰せ付けられ、御役料一石二斗八升一人扶持をこれまで通り下し置かれた
一 享和元年酉年（1801年）二月、公辺並びに御勘定所等の振る舞いも相弁える儀につき長崎御用を仰せ付けられ仕っている義につき、吉雄幸左衛門と一同に差し遣わされるべき旨を仰せ出された
一 同年三月、右御用相勤めたことにより、御古麻御上下一具を下し置かれた
一 同二年戌年（1802年）七月、多年精出して相勤め、越訴一件をはじめ浦佐村新開発願その外品々難渋の伺いも宜しく取り計らい、かつ公辺納油相止めた一件については彼是勤労したことにより、ただ今までの御役料一石二斗
