現代語訳
一 享保9年（1724年）辰年5月、願いの通り御役御免となり、御城御番を相勤めること
一 同11年（1726年）午年2月、頭の沼沢権兵衛病死により、跡御役萱野権兵衛組に移ることになったこと
一 同13年（1728年）申年3月、勤番のため江戸表へ上り、同年10月に帰国したこと
一 同18年（1733年）丑年正月、頭の萱野権兵衛が願いの通り御役御免となったため、跡御役小原五郎右衛門組に移ることになったこと
一 同年3月、願いの通り息子九郎右衛門が御番代を仰せ付けられたこと
一 元文5年（1740年）申年2月朔日、75歳で病死、法名安叟休心、葬所は同上

実は 赤羽九太夫利勝の女

One In Kyōhō 9th year (1724), 5th month, as requested, he was relieved of his official duties and continued to serve castle guard duty

One In the same 18th year (1733), 1st month, as unit head Kayano Gonbei was relieved of his duties as requested, he was transferred to the successor unit under Obara Gorōemon
One In the same year, 3rd month, as requested, his son Kurōemon was appointed to guard duty
One In Genbun 5th year (1740), 2nd month, 1st day, he died of illness at age 75. Buddhist name: Ansō Kyūshin, buried in the same location as above
