一 宝暦7年（1757年）丑年6月、頭の日向三郎右衛門が願いの通り隠居を仰せ付けられたため、跡御役杉田五郎兵衛組に移ることになった事
一 同8年（1758年）寅年12月12日、54歳にて病死。法名白峰宗孤、葬所同上
