  仰出尤 御社参中物頭仮役被   仰付候事 一 同月御備之図行軍之図江戸不時   御人数積御兵具寄以上五冊外ニ存寄   書一巻御用ニ付差出候事 一 同五申年四月日光 御社参中為   御用江戸表へ罷登同五月罷下候    但江戸表ニおゐて前段之御用相勤候    ニ付麻御上下一具被下置候事 一 同年七月公事奉行被 仰付御   軍事方只今迄之通兼相勤候様被   仰出候事 一 同月猪之指物之義相願候処格別   之訳を以被任願候処事 一 同六酉年十二月穿鑿四十口余在之   之処昼夜心を尽糺詰出精致候ニ付   為御褒美綿三把被下置候事 一 同七戌年三月御糺有之御預中自殺   致候ニ付御知行被 召上候法名大歳   全宗憩葬所同上

現代語訳

仰せ出され、もっともなことに、御社参中に物頭仮役を仰せ付けられた事 一 同月、御備えの図、行軍の図、江戸不時御人数積、御兵具寄、以上5冊の外に存寄書1巻を御用につき差し出した事 一 同5年(1776年)申年4月、日光御社参中、御用のため江戸表へ罷り登り、同5月に罷り下った   ただし江戸表において前段の御用を相勤めたにつき、麻の御上下1具を下し置かれた事 一 同年7月、公事奉行を仰せ付けられ、御軍事方は只今まで通り兼ね相勤めるよう仰せ出された事 一 同月、猪の指物の義について相願ったところ、格別の訳を以て願いを任せられた事 一 同6年(1777年)酉年12月、穿鑿40口余りあったところ、昼夜心を尽くして糺し詰め出精したにつき、御褒美として綿3把を下し置かれた事 一 同7年(1778年)戌年3月、御糺しがあり、御預かり中に自殺したにつき、御知行を召し上げられた。法名は大歳全宗、憩い葬所は同上

英語訳

was ordered, and quite reasonably, was appointed to the temporary role of unit commander (monogashira) during the shrine pilgrimage. One In the same month, submitted for official use: diagrams of military preparations, diagrams of troop movements, calculations for emergency forces in Edo, and military equipment records - five volumes in total, plus one volume of personal observations. One In the same 5th year (1776), 4th month, during the Nikko shrine pilgrimage, went up to Edo on official business and returned in the 5th month.   However, for performing the aforementioned duties in Edo, was granted one set of hemp formal wear. One In the same year, 7th month, was appointed as magistrate of legal affairs (kuji-bugyō), while continuing to serve concurrently in military affairs as before. One In the same month, petitioned regarding the matter of boar insignia, and the petition was granted due to special circumstances. One In the same 6th year (1777), 12th month, when there were over forty cases requiring investigation, worked diligently day and night with full dedication to examine and investigate them thoroughly, and was granted three bundles of cotton as a reward. One In the same 7th year (1778), 3rd month, there was an official investigation, and [the subject] committed suicide while in custody, resulting in the confiscation of his stipend. His posthumous Buddhist name was Daisai Zensō, and his burial place was the same as above.
