一 同年十二月当追鳥狩之節足並等   無滞之兼而出精致居候儀与被思召   之旨仲ヶ間一同御賞美被成下候    但此後毎度御称美被成下候事 一 享和元酉年三月学校誦師被   仰付候事 一 文化二丑年三月御代官見習当座   仮役被 仰付候事 一 同年六月御代官見習兼務被   仰付候事 一 同五辰年三月駒方手伝勤被   仰付候事 一 同年五月支配之村々細々心を尽田地   平均名寄帳仕立之儀精出地下労費   省きニも相成不時宜物両夫食取立方   宜計候ニ付為御褒美銀子三枚被下置候   事 一 同七午年六月支配之村々取扱細々心   を付出精相勤候ニ付為御褒美綿弐   把被下置候事

現代語訳

一 同年12月、当追鳥狩の節、足並等に滞りなく、兼ねてより出精して居る儀と思し召される旨、仲ヶ間一同で御賞美を成し下された    但し、この後毎度御称美を成し下された事 一 享和元年酉年(1801年)3月、学校誦師を仰せ付けられた事 一 文化2年丑年(1805年)3月、御代官見習当座仮役を仰せ付けられた事 一 同年6月、御代官見習兼務を仰せ付けられた事 一 同5年辰年(1808年)3月、駒方手伝勤を仰せ付けられた事 一 同年5月、支配の村々に細々心を尽くし、田地平均名寄帳仕立ての儀を精出し、地下の労費を省くことにも相成り、不時の宜しからざる物や夫食の取立方も宜しく計らったことにつき、御褒美として銀子3枚を下し置かれた事 一 同7年午年(1810年)6月、支配の村々の取扱いに細々心を付け、出精して相勤めたことにつき、御褒美として綿2把を下し置かれた事

One In the same year, 12th month, during the bird hunting, his coordination and other aspects proceeded without delay, and recognizing that he had been performing diligently for some time, all his colleagues praised him.    Note: After this, he was praised every time. One In Kyōwa 1, Year of the Rooster (1801), 3rd month, was appointed as a school recitation teacher (gakkō shōshi). One In Bunka 2, Year of the Ox (1805), 3rd month, was appointed as a temporary deputy to a magistrate trainee (go-daikan minarai tōza kariyaku). One In the same year, 6th month, was appointed to serve concurrently as a magistrate trainee (go-daikan minarai kenmu). One In the same 5th year, Year of the Dragon (1808), 3rd month, was appointed to assist with horse-related duties (komakata tedasuki-tsutome). One In the same year, 5th month, for devoting careful attention to the villages under his jurisdiction, working diligently on creating land equalization and name registers (tajichi heikinn nayose-chō), which also resulted in saving labor costs for the peasants, and for properly managing the procurement of emergency supplies and corvée labor provisions, he was awarded three pieces of silver as a reward. One In the same 7th year, Year of the Horse (1810), 6th month, for carefully managing the villages under his jurisdiction and serving diligently, he was awarded two bundles of cotton as a reward.
