現代語訳
役人が願い出た見習の件は容易に
仰せ付けられ難い旨、先達て仰せ付けられ承知いたしましたが、
右の者らを練鍛いたさなければ本役に
仰せ付けられる時分に勤めることが困難でありますので、
仰せ付けて下さるよう、特に申し出があった趣旨はもっともな
ことでありますので、見習に申し付けるべき旨申し聞かせた
趣旨が見受けられるところ、家元の伝承が無いので記
しておく事
一 寛延2年己年《割書：月不｜詳》御年貢蝋蔵帳
付見習勤めを仰せ付けられた事
一 宝暦2年申年《割書：月不｜詳》御蔵入御年貢
蝋急納につき骨折料として鳥目1貫文
下し置かれた事

The matter of trainees that officials requested is not easy to
appoint, as was previously instructed and understood,
but if these persons are not properly trained and tempered, it will be difficult
for them to serve when appointed to full positions, so
please appoint them. This earnest request is
reasonable, so the instruction to appoint them as trainees
can be seen, but since there is no family tradition record, this is
recorded
