形新堰普請之儀最初ゟ貫通
懸り合人足取扱を始細々心を尽し大
振成義見込通致成就候ニ付而は抜群
勤労いたし且芝御屋鋪御普請材
自身運送をも致候由ニ付只今迄之
御役料弐石弐斗御加増御直被下置候

相勤候由ニ付為御褒美金壱両被下

一 同十一未年五月多端之御用筋宜取
