五千余騎を授けて内下疳・淋病の陣に向かわせ、治瘡丸にも軍勢二千余騎を分けて雁瘡・疥癬を討たせた。奇良湯（サンキライ剤）は命を受けて直ちに食道より膀胱に至り、この所に陣を据えて賊軍を眼下に見下ろし、諸軍に下知して新水を堰き掛けさせ、ひそかに心利きのある兵士を選び出し、計略を言い含めて手勢数千人と共に、皆浮き履を履き水を踏んで黴軍の陣前に至り、鬨の声をどっと上げた。すると内下疳・淋病も同じく陣門を開いて切って出て、岸に上がろうとする薬軍を追い下げ、傘に掛かって切り立つその勢いは激しく、薬軍はついに劣勢となり、水面にばっと引いた。黴軍は勝ちに乗り、水抜きの底樋を掘った堤の上に降り立って水上の敵を打ち立てたが、たちまち水音が轟々と鳴り、築き上げた堤がめりめりと崩れ出した。

黴軍は大いに驚き「これはいったい何事か」と罵り騒ぐ間もなく、堤は一条の波となり滾々として流れ去り、賊軍は浮きつ沈みつ濁流に溺れて逃げ回る有様は、小川の魚が海に出て潮に息づくのと変わらなかった。その時水底から数十の薬兵が現れ出て「我々は奇良将軍の命を受け、ひそかに水底を潜り、汝等が拵え置いた底樋を打ち抜き堤を崩したので、本陣も時の間に水底の藻屑となろう。ああ心地よいことよ」と呼ばわったので、黴賊主従はますます驚き、急ぎ本陣を救おうと波を潜って泳ぎ寄ろうとしたが、激浪が大いにみなぎり来て、その勢いは滝のごとく、黴賊の陣々を片土も残さず押し流した。黴軍は勢いが抜け力疲れて水に溺れてもがくのを、薬軍は浮き履に乗り追い詰め追い詰め打ち殺す。内下疳・淋病はさすがに賊の首領なれば落ち来る
