はたらくべし今（いま）宇宙（うちう）の間（あいだ）に於（おい）て我（わ）れに敵（てき）せん者（もの）を覚（おぼへ）ず
たゞ太公望（たいこうぼう）雷震（らいしん）が輩（ともがら）は其（その）智（ち）といひ勇（ゆう）といひ我（わ）れにまさりて
恐（おそろ）しき者（もの）共（ども）なり今（いま）は天界（てんがい）に生（しやう）を受（うけ）て天庭（てんてい）守護（しゆご）の神将（しんしやう）たり

さらば各（おの〳〵）本（もと）の所（ところ）へまかりさらんといふ内（うち）に凝（こり）たる妖気（ようき）立騰（たちのぼ）り
忽（たちまち）八／方（ぱう）に散乱（さんらん）しありし形（かたち）は消失（きへうせ）て荒野（くはうや）の草木（くさき）を吹（ふき）しほる風（かぜ）の
音（おと）のみ残（のこ）りけり淳直（じゆんちよく）奇異（きい）の思（おも）ひをなし雷震（らいしん）に打向（うちむか）ひ今（いま）黴（ばい）
毒王（どくわう）が申（もう）したる人体国（にんたいこく）とはいかなる処（ところ）にて候（さうらふ）や願（ねがは）くば明（あか）ししらしめ

現代語訳
を疲れさせ日を延ばすことが肝要である。元来、軽粉や生々乳などは勇猛強烈な性質であるから、その通る所で躁動狼藉が甚だしく、かえって国中の害となるであろう。その時一気に攻め討てば、勝てないということはあるまい。
なお、その機に臨んでは、私は分身の術を行い、庸医の魂を借りて主人公を説き惑わし、劇薬の諸将を讒言してこれを遠ざけて用いさせないようにし、かつ種々の妙計を施し、千変万化に働くであろう。今、宇宙の間において私に敵する者を覚えない。
ただ太公望雷震の輩は、その智といい勇といい、私に勝って恐ろしい者共である。今は天界に生を受けて天庭守護の神将である。私は先に篤実淳直という医者が梅瘡治療論の工夫をなすのを憎く思い、姿を現して殺そうとしたが、かの雷震に驚かされ、医者を殺すどころか我が姿を隠しかね、ようやく逃れ帰った。所詮、形を顕しては思わぬ敗れを取ることが多い。無形の気となっている内は、かの輩も恐れるに足らず。汝等もよく心得よ。
このように言う内も気遣い、長居は無益である。いざ汝等は各国へ引き取るべし。私も形を隠そう」と座を立ち上がれば、諸眷属に悦喜の色が面に現れ、「大王の妙策はこのごとし。いかなる劇薬が寄せ来るとも、一戦に追い崩し、人体国を滅ぼすことは手の内にあり。ああ心地よし、喜ばしい。さらば各々元の所へまかり去らん」という内に、凝った妖気が立ち昇り、忽ち八方に散乱し、ありし形は消失して、荒野の草木を吹きしおらす風の音のみが残った。
淳直は奇異の思いをなし、雷震に向かって「今、梅毒王が申した人体国とはいかなる処でございますか。願わくば明らかにお知らせください」

Previously, I came to hate a doctor named Tokujitsu Junchoku who was devising theories for treating syphilis. I manifested my form intending to kill him, but was startled by that Raishin. Far from killing the doctor, I could barely hide my form and only just managed to escape and return. Ultimately, when revealing one's form, one often suffers unexpected defeats. While remaining as formless energy, even those fellows are not to be feared. You too should understand this well.
Even as I speak thus, I am concerned—prolonged stay is useless. Come now, you should all withdraw to your respective countries. I too shall hide my form." As he rose from his seat, joy appeared on the faces of all his retainers: "Our great king's ingenious strategy is thus! No matter what strong medicines may advance, crushing them in one battle and destroying the human body kingdom is within our grasp. Ah, how pleasant and joyful! Well then, let us each depart to our original places." As they spoke, the condensed evil energy rose up, suddenly scattered in all directions, the forms that had been there vanished, and only the sound of wind withering the grass and trees of the wasteland remained.
Junchoku, filled with wonder, turned to Raishin and asked: "The human body kingdom that the Syphilis King just spoke of—what kind of place is it? I beg you to clarify and enlighten me."
