変易（へんゑき）心（こゝろ）のまゝなれば今（いま）より奇効（きかう）の薬軍（やくぐん）となり人体国（にんたいこく）に
入（いつ）て彼（かの）悪徒（あくとう）を打（うち）亡（ほろぼ）さん先（まづ）某（それがし）は延壽丸（えんしゆぐわん）となり殷郊（いんかう）は黴効散（ばいかうさん）
となり辛申（しん〳〵）は治瘡丸（ぢさうぐはん）となり伯邑考（はくゆうかう）は奇良湯（きりやうとう）となり太（たい）
公望（こうばう）は神通（じんづう）を以（もつ）て常（つね）に先生（せんせい）の影身（かげみ）にそひ帷策（いさく）軍算（ぐんさん）【筭】
を助（たす）くべし我々（われ〳〵）力（ちから）を勠（あはす）る程（ほど）ならば黴毒（ばいどく）を亡（ほろぼ）さん事（こと）手（て）の中（うち）の
物（もの）を取（と）るより易（やす）し久（ひさ）しぶりの腕（うで）だてあつぱれの慰（なぐさ）みならん早（はや）
く迎（むか）の来（きた）れかしと詞（ことば）もいまだ終（おわ）らざる所（ところ）に下界（げかい）の方（かた）より白（はく）
光（くはう）かゝやぎ一箇（いつこ）の神人（しんじん）白雲（はくうん）に打（うち）乗（の）り直（たゞち）に淳直（じゆんちよく）が前（まへ）に至（いた）り
恭（うや〳〵）しく再拝（さいはい）し某（それがし）は福徳（ふくとく）自在衛門（じざへもん）といふ者（もの）の人体国（にんたいこく）倶生神（くしやうじん）
なり我（わ）が国（くに）の主人公（しゆじんこう）愚（おろか）にして黴毒（ばいどく）の悪魔（あくま）に誑（あざむか）れ変化（へんげ）の
美女（びじよ）と交（まじは）りしより一国（いつこく）忽（たちまち）黴毒（ばいどく）の賊軍（ぞくぐん）に侵（おか）され其（その）外（ほか）の属国（ぞくこく）
も彼（かの）美女（びじよ）と交（まじは）りしは尽（こと〴〵）く黴賊（ばいぞく）はびこり憂苦（ゆうく）する事（こと）年（とし）
久（ひさ）し各国（かくこく）の主人公（しゆじんこう）対治（たいぢ）の策（はかりこと）をめぐらせども才（さい）をしる事（こと）能（あた）
はずして庸医（やうい）の言（ことば）に任（まか）せ堕弱（だじやく）の緩剤（くはんざい）を大将（たいしやう）とするがゆへに
諸道（しよどう）の戦（たゝか）ひ味方（みかた）一度（いちど）も勝（かち）を取（と）らず危（あやう）き事（こと）旦夕（たんせき）に迫（せまれ）り
我（わ）れ是（これ）を見（み）るに忍（しの）びず各国（かくこく）の倶生神（くしやうじん）と心（こゝろ）を合（あは）せ主人公（しゆじんこう）
を説（と）きすゝめ先生（せんせい）を迎（むかへ）て軍師（ぐんし）と定（さだ）め彼（かの）悪賊（あくぞく）を追討（ついとう）し
国家（こくか）の無（ぶ）【无】為（ゐ）をはからんとす仍（よつ）て総（さう）【捴】代（だい）として某（それがし）わざ〳〵迎（むか）ひ
に立（た）てり希（こひねがは）くば先生（せんせい）労（らう）を辞（じ）せず国中（こくちう）に入（いり）玉（たま）はゞ幸（さいはひ）甚（はなはだ）し

現代語訳
お身を救ったのも、このような理由があるからです。彼は今は無形の悪い病気となり、人体国に潜み隠れて、長く我々の害を免れたと思っています。しかしながら我々は天界自在の報いを受け、出没変化は心のままですから、今より奇効のある薬軍となり、人体国に入ってかの悪徒を打ち滅ぼしましょう。まず私は延壽丸となり、殷郊は梅効散となり、辛申は治瘡丸となり、伯邑考は奇良湯となり、太公望は神通力をもって常に先生の影身に添い、軍略を助けましょう。我々が力を合わせる程であれば、梅毒を滅ぼすことは手の中の物を取るより易いことです。久しぶりの腕立て、あっぱれな慰みでしょう。早く迎えが来てほしいものです」
と言葉もまだ終わらないところに、下界の方より白光が輝き、一人の神人が白雲に乗って、直ちに淳直の前に至り、恭しく再拝して言いました。
「私は福徳自在衛門という者の人体国の倶生神です。我が国の主人公が愚かにして梅毒の悪魔に騙され、変化の美女と交わったより、一国がたちまち梅毒の賊軍に侵され、その外の属国も、かの美女と交わった者はことごとく梅賊がはびこり、憂い苦しむこと年久しくなりました。各国の主人公が対処の策を巡らせども、才能を知ることができずして、庸医の言葉に任せ、堕弱の緩剤を大将とするがゆえに、諸道の戦いで味方は一度も勝ちを取らず、危険なことが旦夕に迫っています。私はこれを見るに忍びず、各国の倶生神と心を合わせ、主人公を説き勧めて、先生を迎えて軍師と定め、かの悪賊を追討し、国家の無為を図ろうとします。よって総代として私がわざわざ迎えに参りました。どうか先生は労を辞せず国中にお入りくだされば、幸い甚だしく存じます」
英語訳
"I saved you for just such a reason as this. He has now become a formless malignant disease, lurking hidden in the human body kingdom, thinking he has long escaped harm from our kind. However, we have received the reward of heavenly freedom, and our appearances and transformations follow our will, so from now we shall become a miraculous medicine army and enter the human body kingdom to strike down and destroy those evil followers. First, I shall become Enshūgan pills, Yin Jiao shall become Baikōsan powder, Xin Shen shall become Jisōgan pills, Bo Yi Kao shall become Kiryōtō decoction, and Taigongwang shall use his divine powers to constantly accompany you as your shadow, assisting with military strategy. With our combined strength, destroying the syphilis would be easier than taking something from the palm of one's hand. This will be a long-awaited chance to flex our muscles—what splendid entertainment it will be! How we wish the messenger would come quickly!"
Before these words had even finished, white light shone forth from the lower world, and a divine being riding on white clouds came directly before Junchoku and reverently bowed twice, saying:
"I am the guardian deity of the human body kingdom of one called Fukutoku Jizaemon. The master of our country was foolish and was deceived by the syphilis demon, consorting with a shapeshifting beautiful woman. From that time, the entire country was suddenly invaded by the syphilis bandit army, and in the other vassal states as well, all those who consorted with that beautiful woman have been overrun by the syphilis bandits, suffering in anguish for many years now. Though the masters of each country devise strategies for dealing with this, they lack the ability to recognize talent and leave everything to quack doctors, making weak palliative medicines their generals. Therefore, in battles on all fronts, our allies have never once achieved victory, and danger presses upon us morning and evening. I could not bear to watch this, so I joined hearts with the guardian deities of all countries to persuade and encourage the master to welcome you as military strategist and pursue and attack those evil bandits, seeking to restore peace to the nation. Therefore, as the general representative, I have come especially to welcome you. If you would not refuse this labor and enter our country, it would be most fortunate indeed."
