一筆申し上げます。
寵姫様のご婚姻が整えられましたことについて、お祝いを昨年御前様にお申し上げましたところ、目録の通りの拝領物を仰せつけられ、ありがたい仕合わせと存じます。右のお礼について、然るべく御披露をお願いいたします。

Regarding the marriage arrangements for Princess Chōki, when I offered my congratulations to His Lordship last year, I was graciously granted gifts as listed in the catalog, which I consider a most grateful blessing. I humbly request that you appropriately convey my gratitude for these gifts.
