先年行事道具悉改若紛失有之者如掟辨當年行事ヘ
可被相渡《割書：附其節小使｜召寄可被置也》且又當年行事諸事遂吟味急度
請取渡可有之万一無沙汰於有之者當年行事可為弁事
私ニ此余二ヶ条御祈祷講之儀略之

右三人が領掌して今後預かることとなった。
西中手の日記もその年の年行事が預かることになっているが、今後預かる人物が定められ、清養と直矢の両人が話し合って領掌することとなった。
【朱書き：西中手】同十三年庚辰年に西中手において定められた条項
一、近年、年行事が無人となることが続いているため、正月寄合始めの際の道具等の改めがなく、諸事において古法の趣旨がおろそかになっているので、今度衆中のために諸道具を吟味して修復を加え、年中行事を改めて当年行事に引き渡す。今後は古法の通り、正月寄合始めの参会の朝、朝食後早々に催すこととし、その際先年行事は道具をすべて改め、もし紛失があれば掟の通り弁償して当年行事に引き渡すこと《割書：その際小使を呼び寄せて置くこと》。また当年行事は諸事を吟味してきちんと受け取り引き渡しを行うこと。万一無沙汰があれば当年行事が弁償すること。
私にこの余の二ヶ条、御祈祷講の儀は略す。

一、御祈祷講の際の謡の役付けについて、年寄衆には「殿」を付け、無足の人は傍らに名乗りを書き付けること。

一、二月十日・十一日に若衆の中で社職を帯びている人は職の次第によって一方の上座に着席すること。ただしその次の座は初参の方、その次の座は年齢順に着座すること。
一、社司は一方の上座に着座するが、初参の方が出頭の時、盃の礼については年長順とすること。
一、五十三歳の人はその年の二月十一日以後退座すること。そうすれば二月十一日以後は衆の一員ではないので、くじ振舞いと書籍講掛け銭等は
