一年行事免物料之御祈祷講参會無之年は只今迄難
為米弐斗向後不寄于有無五斗ニ被相定事
一自當年雖不執行御祈祷講精進頭被相勤人未出座無
之方は二月十一日勘定之節可有初参無足之人は可為随意

一御祈祷講無之時献之作法之儀参會有之時と可為同
前事
同年二月十一日西中衆評之上被相定条々
一出座年限之儀唯今迄雖被限五十三歳向後は五十五才
迄出座可有之事
一初参方向後一家壱人は二十歳迄に出座可有之尤二十歳之年御
祈祷講参會無之候ハヽ其以後祈祷講義参會有次第必可
有出座但二十歳未満之内者可為勝手次第事

一、年行事免除物料の御祈祷講に参会がない年は、今まで米二斗では困難であったので、今後は有無に関わらず五斗に定めること。
一、当年から御祈祷講を執行しなくても、精進頭を勤めた人でまだ出座していない方は、二月十一日勘定の際に初参すること。無足の人は随意とすること。
一、御祈祷講がない時の献上の作法については、参会がある時と同様とすること。
同年二月十一日、西中衆の評議の上で定められた条項
一、出座年限については、今まで五十三歳に限られていたが、今後は五十五歳まで出座すること。
一、初参の方は今後、一家から一人は二十歳までに出座すること。もっとも二十歳の年に御祈祷講への参会がなければ、その以後祈祷講への参会がある次第、必ず出座すること。ただし二十歳未満の内は勝手次第とすること。

一、九月十五日・十六日両式日の恒例三手衆中参会について、右の両日共に評議所に差し合いがあれば、その以後でも九月中に評議所に差し支えのない日を聞き合わせ、とにかく評議所で催すよう一決の後、東手へも相談があり同意のこと。
右恒例の参会は近年行われていない。
一、御祈祷講への参会がなくても、くじ振舞い方、田振舞い、万樽代を納入した上は、今後参会がない年も二月十一日勘定の際、右の

Article 1: In years when there is no attendance at prayer lectures for annual officials' exemption material fees, the previous amount of two to of rice has been insufficient, so hereafter it shall be fixed at five to regardless of circumstances.
Article 1: From this year, even if prayer lectures are not conducted, those who have served as purification leaders but have not yet taken their seats shall make their first participation during the accounting on the 11th day of the 2nd month. For those without stipend, it shall be at their discretion.
Article 1: Regarding the protocol for offerings when there are no prayer lectures, it shall be the same as when there is attendance.
Articles established following deliberation by the West-Central Group on the 11th day of the 2nd month of the same year
Article 1: Regarding the age limit for taking seats, while it has been limited to fifty-three years until now, hereafter one may take seats until age fifty-five.
Article 1: For first-time participants hereafter, one person per household shall take their seat by age twenty. However, if there is no attendance at prayer lectures in their twentieth year, they must take their seat as soon as they attend prayer lectures thereafter. However, for those under twenty years of age, it shall be at their discretion.

Article 1: Regarding the customary assembly of the three groups on the ceremonial days of the 15th and 16th days of the 9th month, if there are scheduling conflicts at the council hall on both these days, even if it is afterward, within the 9th month they shall inquire about days when the council hall is available and in any case hold it at the council hall. After this was decided, there was also consultation with the East Group and agreement.
The aforementioned customary assembly has not been held in recent years.
