之衆中え送膳可被遣事
一内證之壁書之内雪踏草履木履等過料之三ケ条向後は
壁書之表ニ除之年中行事之中ニ被置書載候事
私ニ此次一ヶ条略之
一茶頭其外不時寄會年行事頭ゟ被相催候時其次座之年
行事中當参奉公人共私用ニ付断之儀旨不相立儀也
然共公用幷各別之用事等有之時者頭へ其断可
有之事

一二月十日十一日参會者各別其外手中西中手寄會三手
寄合之節毎度参會之方無之無人ニ付向後寄會
三ケ度打續参集無之御方ハ寄會之一座へ人別ニ一樽一種
御通可被成旨此度三手一同ニ被定置候事
一表向社用ニ付隙入之御方
一其身者勿論親類震病氣ニ付隙小入之御方
一京都并遠所へ御越候御方
一故障又者正忌年忌等ニ相當候御方
右之分は御断可被相立其外之御隙入ニ而寄合之觸有之候
得共参集無之重而寄會有之時も参集無之三ケ度之
御寄會ニも参集無之御方ハ四度目之寄會之節一座へ一樽
一種御通可有之
縦へハ三手寄會有之候以後西中手寄會有之其後又三手
寄會有之時三手と西中手与分〻ニハ不致候三手寄會
現代語訳
その衆中へ送膳を遣わすこと。
一、内証の壁書の内、雪踏、草履、木履等の過料の三ヶ条は、今後は壁書の表から除き、年中行事の中に置いて書き載せること。
私的にこの次の一ヶ条を略す。
一、茶頭その他、不時の寄合を年行事頭から催される時、その次座の年行事中の当参奉公人共が私用により断ることは筋が通らない。
しかし公用並びに格別の用事等がある時は、頭へその断りをすること。
【朱書き：三手】同年九月晦日、評議所において三手参会の際、衆評により定められた条項
一、二月十日・十一日の参会者は格別として、その外手中・西中手寄会、三手寄合の際、毎度参会する方がなく人がいないため、今後寄会三ヶ度打ち続けて参集しない御方は、寄会の一座へ人別に一樽一種をお通しになるよう、この度三手一同に定め置くこと。
一、表向き社用により暇を取る御方
一、その身はもちろん親類の震病気により暇を取る御方
一、京都並びに遠所へお越しの御方
一、故障又は正忌・年忌等に相当する御方
右の分については御断りが通るが、その外の御暇取りで寄合の触れがあったにも関わらず参集せず、重ねて寄会がある時も参集せず、三ヶ度の御寄会にも参集しない御方は、四度目の寄会の節、一座へ一樽一種をお通しすること。
例えば三手寄会があった以後、西中手寄会があり、その後又三手寄会がある時、三手と西中手とを分々には致さず、三手寄会として

Article 1: Among the internal wall notices, the three articles regarding fines for snow clogs, straw sandals, wooden clogs, etc., shall hereafter be removed from the front of the wall notices and placed within the annual events section.

Article 1: When tea masters and others are summoned by the annual event heads for irregular assemblies, it is unreasonable for the attending servants of the next-seated annual event officials to decline due to private matters.
However, when there are official duties or particularly important business, they should inform the head of their absence.
【Red ink notation: Three Groups】Articles established by group consensus during the three-group assembly at the council hall on the last day of the 9th month of the same year
Article 1: While participants in the 10th and 11th day assemblies of the 2nd month are exceptional, for other occasions such as outer-group and west-central group assemblies and three-group meetings, since there are consistently no attendees and no one present, hereafter those who fail to attend three consecutive assemblies shall present one barrel and one dish per person to the assembly. This has been unanimously established by all three groups.
Article 1: Those taking leave for official shrine duties
Article 1: Those taking leave due to serious illness of themselves or, naturally, their relatives
Article 1: Those traveling to Kyoto or distant places
Article 1: Those facing obstacles or observing mourning periods or memorial services
For the above cases, their absence excuses shall be accepted. However, for those taking other types of leave who fail to attend despite assembly notifications, fail to attend subsequent assemblies, and fail to attend three assemblies, they shall present one barrel and one dish to the assembly at the fourth meeting.
For example, after a three-group assembly is held, if there is a west-central group assembly followed by another three-group assembly, the three-group and west-central group meetings are not counted separately, but as three-group assemblies
