二而も西中手寄會ニ而も差別無之都合三ケ度打續不参
之義也
尤雖為奉公人非番有之方者當参之衆中可為同前
候及三ケ度不参之御方有之時は年行事より案内致
申入一樽一種被申付一座候可被通之一樽之員数は
三升一種は豆腐亦は干物ニ而も年行事可為見斗也向後
者年行事手前ニ寄會之度々参集之人数帳認置無
相違書記可被置旨年行事へ被申渡候事但右之
通廻状相認各判形有之一冊は別ニ有之也

衆評被相定条
一毎度御参會之節出座有之評議半ニ御隙入有之退
出被成候方は向後年行事中迄御届之上可有退出無御届於御
退出者可為不参同事候此義毎度参會之節最初ニ可有披露
之旨一決之事

二つとも西中手寄会でも差別なく、都合三ヶ度打ち続けて不参加ということである。
もっとも奉公人であっても非番がある方は、当参の衆中と同様とする。
三ヶ度不参加の御方がある時は、年行事より案内を致し申し入れ、一樽一種を申し付けられ一座にお通しすること。一樽の員数は三升、一種は豆腐又は干物でも年行事が見計らうこと。今後は年行事の手前で寄会の度々の参集人数帳を認め置き、相違なく書記を置くよう年行事へ申し渡すこと。ただし右の通り回状を認め各判形があり、一冊は別にある。

一、毎度の御参会の節、出座があり評議半ばで御暇を取り退出される方は、今後年行事中まで御届の上で退出すること。御届なしに御退出の場合は不参加と同じこととする。この件は毎度参会の節、最初に披露するよう一決のこと。

Naturally, even for servants who have scheduled time off, they shall be treated the same as the attending group members.
When there are those who have been absent three times, the annual event officials shall provide notice and request that one barrel and one dish be provided to the assembly. The quantity of one barrel shall be three shō, and one dish shall be tofu or dried goods as determined by the annual event officials. Hereafter, the annual event officials shall maintain attendance records for each assembly gathering, and accurate records shall be kept as instructed to the annual event officials. However, as stated above, there are circular notices with each person's seal, and one volume exists separately.
