一、触日記に穢方を書き記す件、着座の人体のみ書き載せ、年行事・座敷奉行は除くべきである。しかしながら勘定帳には年行事・座敷奉行まで銘々書き顕すべき旨一決のこと。
【朱書き：西中手】元文四己未年正月十七日、評議所において西中手寄会始参会の節に定められた条項
一、先年年行事を務める年限が延長され、三十三歳まで年行事を務め三十四歳から着座すべき旨が享保十九寅年に定められたところ、近年参会の時分に出席する人がいないので、今年から以前の通り三十歳まで務め、三十一歳から着座すべき旨一決のこと。
《割書：張紙に》清養追加 三十一歳、勘定の日から着座である。もっとも追勘を出された名前がある人は勘定が済んだ後に着座、追勘がない座敷奉行者は直ちに着座である。
右は昨年中行事がなかったが、ただ御退座の例であろうか。

一、御祈祷講はもちろん、御祈祷講を執行しない時の十一日勘定の節、年行事中の盞を納める件は、一方は社職の人から納め、一方は年老から納めるべきである。もし社職の人の出座がない時は、一方は年老、一方は精進頭人から盛って納めるべき旨一決のこと。

Article 1: Previously, the term limit for serving as annual officials was extended, with service until age thirty-three and seating from age thirty-four as established in the 19th year of Kyōhō, Kinoe-Tora. However, in recent years there have been no attendees during assembly times, so from this year, returning to the previous practice, service shall be until age thirty, with seating from age thirty-one. This has been decided.
《Marginal note: On attached paper》Addition by Seiyō: At age thirty-one, seating begins from the accounting day. Those whose names appear in supplementary accounts shall be seated after the accounting is completed; hall magistrates without supplementary accounts shall be seated immediately.
The above, although there were no officials during last year, is perhaps just an example of honorable retirement.

Article 1: For both prayer lectures and accounting sessions on the 11th when prayer lectures are not conducted, regarding the offering of sake cups by annual officials: one portion shall be provided by shrine officials and one portion by elders. If shrine officials are not present, one portion shall be provided by elders and one portion shall be prepared and offered by fasting leaders. This has been decided.
