ただし社職の人・精進頭人が参加しない時は、もちろん年老から納めるべきである。
一、往来田を帯びる者の嫡子一人は二十歳から御断りを立てずに出座すべき旨が先年定められた。もっとも先年から御祈祷講の有無に関わらず、例年十一日勘定の節に式を立て置いた上は、いよいよ出座すべきところ、近年みだりになっているので、今後右の趣旨を守り、往来田を帯びる者の嫡子で二十歳の人は必ず出座するよう一決のこと。

However, when shrine officials and fasting leaders do not attend, the offerings shall naturally be provided by the elders.
Article 1: It was previously established that one heir of those who hold the往来田 (ōrai-da) shall attend from age twenty without requesting exemption. Since ceremonies have been established annually on the 11th accounting day regardless of whether prayer lectures are held or not, attendance should definitely occur, but in recent years this has become lax. Hereafter, the above principles shall be observed, and heirs of往来田holders who are twenty years old shall definitely attend. This has been decided.
