現代語訳
を外の受領に申し替える場合は、差し支えがあるため急に替えられた旨を年行事中まで一応お届けすべきであり、重ねて参会の節にその段を披露すべきこと。
ただし受領を官名に申し替える件は、条期に参会を催すことが難しいので、官名で差し支えを申し替える義は一社へお断りして重ねて延期すべきである。

However, regarding changing a zuryō title to an official name (kanmyō), since it is difficult to convene assemblies at the prescribed times, changes of official names due to complications should be declined by one shrine and postponed again.
