一、免物料米五斗の外に今般増料として銀三十匁を渡すべきこと。
右の料物を以て年行事はどのようにでも取り計らうべきこと。もっとも夕飯には蔵奉行両人・書籍奉行両人・先年行事頭両人を招くべきである。飯後、惣座敷奉行並びに外の御人体を招いて御酒を勧めることは無用のこと。
右の当春より一社が御倹約につき、西中手においても一社が簡略の間は右の通り倹約を加えるのが然るべき旨、一決した。

Article 1: In addition to the exemption allowance of five tō of rice, thirty monme of silver shall now be provided as an additional allowance.
With these provisions, the annual officials may arrange matters as they see fit. For the evening meal, both warehouse officials, both book officials, and both former head annual officials shall be invited. After the meal, inviting the general hall officials and other dignitaries to offer sake is unnecessary.
From this spring, due to the shrine's economy measures, it has been decided that the West-Central Group should also implement such economy measures while the shrine maintains simplicity.
