【右丁】
任命され、日向三郎右衛門組で御城御番を勤めた
一 同六年申年（月は不詳）、組替を任命され、神保茂左衛門
組に配属となった
一 同年六月、御参勤につき御道中仮御供
番を任命され、御供として勤番で出向し、同十月に
帰国した
一 同四年亥年七月、組頭神保茂左衛門が願いの通り
御役を免ぜられ、後任として杉田五郎兵衛組に
配属となった

一 同九年辰年二月、甚左衛門と改名したい旨を
願い出て許可された
一 同年四月、御参勤御道中仮御供番を
任命され、勤番として江戸表へ出向き一陣を勤め、
同十月に帰国した

御社参につき臨時の御用として江戸表へ出向き、
物頭に加わって勤めたところ精出して勤めた段を
