仰付候事
一 同五《割書：丑》年九月追鳥狩之節罷出候
但此後三度罷出候事
一 同六《割書：寅》年四月去追鳥狩之節組之
者共足並調子等一体聯属いたし
進退手都合宜相整兼而出精及差図
候義と被 思召之旨被 仰出候
但此後毎度御称美被成下候事

一 寛政元年酉年十二月、物頭を仰せ付けられた事
一 同五年丑年九月、追鳥狩の節に出席した
但しこの後三度出席した事
一 同六年寅年四月、去る追鳥狩の節に組の者共の足並み調子等が一体となって連携し、進退の手配が宜しく整い、兼ねてより出精して指図した義であると思し召しの旨を仰せ出された
但しこの後毎度御称美を成し下された事

一 同年十月、勤番のため江戸表へ登り、翌卯四月に下向した事
一 同七年卯年四月、陣中御広間御取次補として勤め、貞昭様の御用を滞りなく勤めた段を仰せ出された事
一 同年十一月、御預人佐藤弾右衛門を会所にて受け取り、同十二月に大原左近右衛門方へ引き渡した事
一 同八年辰年三月、組の者の取扱いが宜しく
